Does the draft playground design include accessible elements?
Yes. The draft design includes a wheelchair accessible path to the nest swing, an accessible picnic setting and a wheelchair accessible sand play table at the sand pit.
Are there play opportunities for all ages?
Yes. The dual swing set and combination play unit provide play opportunities for junior and senior children. There are also two rockers for junior play and an open grassed area for kickabout play for all ages.
Are there shade options?
Yes. In addition to the existing trees, several new trees are included in the design to provide more shade and screening at the playground.
