We are keen to hear input from our local clubs and community regarding our draft Sportsground and Facilities Allocation Policy for Kingston.

The policy provides a clear framework for the equitable, consistent, and efficient allocation of Kingston City Council’s sporting facilities. This includes sporting grounds (e.g. ovals, fields, pitches, netball courts, athletics tracks and cricket net and sporting buildings (e.g. pavilions).

The policy has been updated to align with the Council Plan and other current policies (such as the Fair Access Policy 2024). It also provides greater clarity on the processes for submitting allocation requests.

Your feedback will help shape how this policy is finalised and guide how sportsground and facilities are allocated into the future.
