Draft Coastal and Marine Management Plan Survey

Kingston’s coastline is an iconic part of Port Phillip Bay. These coastal and marine areas are supported by facilities, infrastructure and management initiatives that maintain our open space, preserve areas of cultural importance and protect and enhance our sensitive and unique environments. This Coastal and Marine Management Plan will help guide appropriate and effective management of these areas. It aims to appropriately balance the diverse range of social, cultural, environmental, and economic values of our coast, ensuring that Kingston remains a desirable place to live, work and visit.

Community and stakeholder perspectives have helped us develop the Coastal and Marine Management Plan (CMMP). This includes our vision, objectives and priority actions. We’re now interested in getting your feedback, support and endorsement for the Draft Plan and would like to ask you some questions.
