Consultation has concluded.
The latest plans for the former Kingswood Golf Course have been released for community consultation by the Victorian Government.
View the plans at engage.vic.gov.au/kingswood and give your feedback to the Victorian Government by 5pm Thursday 17 April.
Background In 2023 the Victorian Government rezoned the former Kingswood Golf Course site to provide for housing.
The Victorian Government is now consulting with the community on the owner's Development Plan for the site.
Hard copies of the plans can also be viewed at Dingley Village Library

How can I give my feedback on the plans: Lodge your submission at the Victorian Government’s consultation website engage.vic.gov.au/kingswood by 5pm Thursday 17 April.
What is Council's role? Council is not responsible for planning this project or its delivery, however we are:
promoting the Victorian Government’s consultation on the plans to ensure our community is well-informed
sending a flyer to all homes and businesses in Dingley Village to make sure the community is aware of the opportunity to have your say
has written to the Victorian Planning Minister requesting genuine engagement with the community and adequate time to properly assess the plans and provide feedback.
reviewing the plans and will make a submission to the Victorian Government on key issues.
What happens next? The Victorian Government will consider all feedback received during the consultation period before determining any final plans for the site.
