Have your say about our libraries in Kingston

Help us make Kingston Libraries even better!

We are looking for your feedback to improve our services, programs, and resources. Whether you’re a frequent visitor or haven’t been in years, your insights are valuable.

Across our eight locations, our libraries offer a diverse and inclusive range of collections, programs and services including books, DVDs, magazines and audiobooks, a Library of Things, use of computers and Wi-Fi, children’s programs such as Storytime, a Home Library Service, tech help and training, talks and events, support with family history and heritage information, craft and activities, and access to a huge range of e-resources such as Ancestry, Borrowbox and LinkedIn Learning, via our website.

But we don't know, what we don't know!

We know that everyone is unique and your understanding and experiences with our libraries may differ. We'd love to hear more about that.

Share what you know, what you love, what could be improved upon, and what you see for our future, to help us to continue providing a contemporary library service that meets your needs and the needs of our community.

Take our short survey for your chance to win!

Your voice matters - take our short survey below before 1 December 2024 for a chance to win one of three $100 Visa gift cards!

Thank you for helping us make our libraries better places for everyone!
