Yes.  We know some people find it easier to fill out a hard copy survey. Give our Customer Care team a call on 1300 653 356 and they will send one out to you in the mail. 

Alternatively you can email info@kingston.vic.gov.au to request a hard copy. Please remember to include your mailing address details. 

Earlier this year we held a mini-trial of the Liveability Survey in Clayton South and Highett.

More than 200 people took part to share what they love the most about their neighbourhood and what they want Council to prioritise.

Lots of great feedback across a wide range of topics was provided, with some some key themes emerging.

It was clear the Highett and Clayton South community cares about the quality of their neighbourhoods including:

• The condition and quality of public open spaces such as street trees,footpaths and parks
• The natural environment around their home such as greenery and views
• Having access to locally owned and operated businesses that meet daily needs
• A sense of safety both personal and in the wider community.

The trial was a great success so we are rolling it out to the rest of Kingston. 

We’re now keen to hear from the rest of the community to gain a full picture right across Kingston.
