Peter Scullin Reserve Park Plan and Playspace Renewal

Council is planning major improvements at Mordialloc's much-loved Peter Scullin Reserve.

We will be building a new playground for the community and developing a plan to guide future improvements in this precinct.

The upcoming redevelopment aims to provide an inclusive playspace for a wide range of age groups with the experience of both traditional play equipment combined with natural elements.

To ensure our plans meet the needs of the community we would like to find out how you use the park and how you would like to see the space enhanced and improved. We want you to ‘Have Your Say’ on the elements that need to be considered in the development of this new park plan, to ensure it reflects community needs and values.

Your feedback will help inform the concept plans for the upgrades. The community will have the opportunity to comment on the concept plans once they have been developed, so we can make sure we have it right.

Project time-frames
It is anticipated that concept plans will be available for consultation in mid-2021, with construction commencing in early 2022.
