Community (Amendment) Local Law No. 1

Consultation concluded at 5pm on Wednesday 31 August 2016. 

Local Laws are intended to protect public health, safety and amenity throughout the municipality. They are made in consultation with the community, to deal with local issues and to meet local needs.

In August 2016, Council sought feedback on the Proposed Community (Amendment) Local Law No. 1, following a review in recognition of the dynamic nature of regulating individual, business, building and other activities within the City of Kingston.

There were no submissions received regarding the Proposed Community (Amendment) Local Law No. 1.

Council adopted the Community (Amendment) Local Law No. 1 at an Ordinary Meeting on Monday 19 September 2016.
