The City of Kingston’s Commercial Use of Public Land Policy provides a framework for Council's consideration of proposals for commercial activities on beaches, parks and other Council-owned or controlled land, and to provide for the appropriate regulation of these activities.
Council has recently reviewed the Commercial Use of Council Land Policy and is now seeking public submissions on the revised document.
A copy of the proposed policy is available on Council’s website kingston.vic.gov.au
