Year 4 Health Plan Actions

We would like your feedback on our draft Year 4 Health Plan Action Plan.

Each year, we review our actions that achieve the goals of the Municipal Public Health and Wellbeing Plan 2021 - 2025 and now we would like to hear from you to ensure we have them right.

Background

In 2020 we worked closely with our community and partners to develop the 4-year Municipal Public Health and Wellbeing Plan.

The plan provides overarching strategic direction for our work to improve the health and wellbeing of the community including goals and priorities for Kingston to focus on.

The Municipal Public Health and Wellbeing Plan 2021-25 is now in its final year of implementation with the Year 4 Health Plan Action Plan outlining actions for delivery from July 2024 – June 2025.

We will use the feedback from our partners and the community to further refine the Action Plan. We will then present the final Year 4 Health Plan Action Plan to Council for adoption in May 2024.
