Waves Creche

Waves Creche is an occasional childcare facility which caters for children from 8 weeks to 8 years old. It is run by qualified and professional childcare educators with extensive experience looking after children.

We know that life has changed a lot over the 18 months, and we are seeking community feedback to help shape the Waves Creche now and into the future.

About the Creche

Its current opening hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 12.30pm.

Waves Creche offers a childcare service for Kingston Active members, casual visitors and the whole community. You don't need to be a member of Waves to access the creche, however if you do hold a Health and Fitness Membership, Aquatic Membership or Learn to Swim Membership, our member rates apply.

Whether you’re working out at our gym or fitness class, swimming laps in the pool, shopping locally or running errands, our Creche is a convenient and affordable option for occasional child care. Waves Leisure Centre is conveniently located near cafes, shopping strips and Southland.

Waves Creche is registered by the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development as an occasional childcare facility.

Throughout the school holidays, Waves Creche runs a Holiday Program with fun activities for children up to 8 years.
