To help us design the best solution, we have a range of staged activities to gather feedback and better understand the state of our existing Kingston Active website from a customer perspective.

The next stage in the process is another ‘card sorting’ activity. The results of this will help us organise the information on the new website.

Complete the card sort by 11:59 pm on Wednesday 27 August and you could win a $50 gift card.

What’s involved?

  • You will be given a list of items to sort into five categories.
  • All you need is a device (desktop, laptop, or mobile device). We recommend using a desktop or laptop for the best experience.
  • The activity should only take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.

    Along with a completely new look and feel, we've made it much easier for you to find all the information you need, timetables and upcoming events.

    The improvements we have made include:

    • more ways to join online.
