Kingston is developing a Technology Strategy to help shape a shared community vision where information, technology, data and innovation support Kingston’s diverse community needs.
The Technology Strategy aims to identify opportunities for integration and collaboration and provide better technology, digital and customer experience for our community.
We invite you to share your feedback, thoughts, and ideas to ensure the strategy meets the present and future priorities of our community through our short community survey.
All feedback received from the community will be considered in preparing the draft Technology Strategy.
What is a Technology Strategy?
The Technology Strategy aims to identify what new and emerging information, technology, data, and technology infrastructure is required for Council to help communities overcome challenges and unlock new opportunities that improve liveability, sustainability, collaboration, and economic opportunities.
A Technology Strategy does not just focus on new technologies, but also improves existing systems and processes that support collaboration and innovation both within Council and throughout the community.
