Andreea-Monica Sfarlea, celebrated artist and long-time Kingston resident, finds both peace and inspiration in our vibrant community, creating and exhibiting her works locally. Originally planning a short stint, Andreea’s family fell in love with Kingston, where a stunning sunset over Chelsea Beach sealed their decision to make it home. Her favourite spot is Bonbeach Beach, where the ever-changing light provides her with endless artistic inspiration. Off the beaten track, Andreea loves getting lost in Kingston’s interconnected trails, for an escape into nature without ever leaving the community. Andreea’s idea of a dream day? Dining with loved ones at her fave haunts — Immi’s Dumplings, Little French Bistro, and Hansa’s Steak and Grill — and creating magic at her art studio within Le Studio Art Space in Mordy. And, of course, finishing with a dramatic sunset, the kind that made her fall in love to begin with!
